A specialist dealer in things that were pressed, printed or moulded once and never again.

What we stock

Eight departments, all of them narrow on purpose: death metal, classic heavy metal and 70s proto-metal vinyl; rare and collectible comics; manga; collector action figures; tabletop wargame miniatures; and scale robot model kits.

We would rather carry two hundred records we can describe properly than two thousand we cannot. Everything is inspected, graded and photographed before it goes up, and nothing is listed from a distributor feed we have not seen.

How we grade

Records get a Goldmine grade for the media and a separate grade for the sleeve, because a Near Mint disc in a beaten sleeve is a different object from a clean copy and pricing it as one is dishonest.

Printed matter is graded descriptively and conservatively. If we are between two grades we list the lower one.

Sealed items are described as sealed and stay that way. We do not open sealed stock to verify contents, and we say so rather than implying we have.

A note on names

Every artist, label, publisher, manufacturer and product line in this catalogue is invented. The categories are real ones, the naming is ours, and no item here is offered as the product of any existing rights holder.
