How we pack, what it costs and when it turns up.

Charges

Standard delivery within Ireland is €5.90 per order, regardless of how many items are in the basket. Orders of €75.00 or more ship free.

The delivery charge shown on the product page, in the basket and at checkout is the charge you pay. There are no handling fees, packaging surcharges or fuel levies added later.

Timings

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Transit then takes a further 2 to 5 working days.

Pre-order items ship once the manufacturer releases them. Where a basket mixes in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items ship first at no extra cost.

Packaging

Records travel out of the sleeve in a stiffened LP mailer, which is the only reliable way to avoid seam splits and corner dings in transit.

Comics and manga are bagged, boarded and shipped in a rigid mailer with corner protection. Sealed figures and model kits are double-boxed so the outer box takes the wear rather than the collectible packaging.

Miniatures are shipped in their original blister or box with void fill; loose metal miniatures are wrapped individually.

We currently ship within Ireland only. Prices on this site are quoted in euro and include Irish VAT where it applies.
