The rules of the shop, in the order they usually matter.

Prices and availability

All prices are in euro and include Irish VAT where it applies. The price on the product page is the price charged.

Most of what we sell is a single copy. When an item shows a quantity of one, it is genuinely the only one we have, and it leaves the site once sold. We do not backorder unique pieces.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging anything, and you may cancel without penalty.

Condition grading

Records are graded on the Goldmine scale, with media and sleeve graded separately. Printed matter is graded on the standard descriptive scale used across the trade. We grade conservatively and describe faults rather than photograph around them.

Grading is done in house. We do not describe any item as certified or slabbed by a third-party grading service.

Authenticity and intellectual property

Every band, record label, publisher, author, product line, miniature range and model kit series named on this site is fictional and was created for this shop. Nothing sold here is presented as an official product of any real rights holder, and no third-party logo, artwork or character appears anywhere on the site.

Product images are synthetic illustrations of the format of the article, not photographs of a specific copy.

Orders

A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you place the order. Until then we may decline an order, for example if the item turns out to be damaged on final inspection.

These terms are governed by Irish law, and nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
